This is the start the beginning of the blog life. This is an attempt to share my recipes let us see how this goes.

This is all about free and easy. The title GFGypsyCo is a result of having to be gluten free. I am always in the kitchen creating something new and sisters are always looking for recipes. I thought the blog would be the easy way to share information. The word gypsy in the title has everything to do with being a free spirit and of course traveling and moving often. Some of the format of this site will just be suggestions for food and not necessarily always a complete recipe. I find people often are looking for ideas and don't like to follow a recipe format exactly. I am gluten, soy, dairy and egg free which is a challenge but I find it exciting. I eat everything else including meat. My motto is processed food is out, vegetables rock, bacon rules and steak is necessary. The free of all things not good for you has been something ongoing in my life for 15 years now but the gluten issue has only been 3 years. I have been reading labels that long beginning with taking out sodium and sugar and evolving each year to get the best combination for my life. I always seem to get calls asking what to use for this or that and where a particular product can be purchased. Many questions regarding gluten free come up daily and hopefully this will evolve to be helpful to many in the long run. So thumb a ride on the GFGypsyCo wagon and let us all have a great adventure.
